At Snuzzle Vet Care, we offer a comprehensive range of veterinary services, from routine check-ups to advanced medical care, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the highest quality of treatment. As the graphic designer, I developed a brand identity that seamlessly integrates compassionate care with modern veterinary practices. Additionally, I designed a user-friendly website specifically catered to the needs of busy pet owners, providing personalized attention and convenient access to essential information.

Busy pet owners face challenges in finding flexible and convenient veterinary services for their beloved pets. By offering comprehensive care in a warm and friendly environment, Snuzzle aims to make prioritizing pet health easier for the Fort Worth community. The brand was created to enhance the health and happiness of pets while fostering strong, lasting relationships with pet owners.

Busy schedules can make it challenging to meet these needs consistently. The growing market for pet tech, online pet products, and subscription services highlights a clear trend toward prioritizing ease of use and accessibility in pet care.

Meet Nina, a 25-year-old data analyst with a demanding schedule who seeks flexible and convenient pet care for her two beloved dogs. She values a trusted veterinary service that can accommodate her busy lifestyle and appreciates a user-friendly website with an easy-to-navigate scheduling feature to manage her appointments effortlessly.

Can you describe a typical day in your life, including how you manage your pet's needs amidst your busy schedule?

N: "I start my day early to feed Cookie and Leo, then let them out, rely on a dog walker during the day. I try to spend time with both of them in the evenings, but it’s challenging with my work schedule."

What are the biggest challenges you face when it comes to managing your pet’s care with your current lifestyle?

N: "Finding time for exercise and keeping up with vet appointments are the biggest challenges. I often forget to reorder supplies until it's urgent."

How do you currently use technology or services to help manage your pet’s needs? Are there any tools or services you wish existed?

N: "I use a pet care app for walks and tracking, but I’d love a solution that also handles feeding schedules, vet reminders, and automatic supply orders."

What factors influence your decision to choose a pet product or service, and how important is convenience compared to other aspects like cost or quality?

N: "Convenience is key for me. I’m willing to pay more for products or services that save time and effort, even if it means spending a bit extra."

Creative Process

Sketching, Analyzing, & Researches

During stage 1 of the branding process, extensive research was conducted to understand the emotional connection between pet owners and their furry companions. This involved studying pet care trends, and existing veterinarian brands, and seeking inspiration from heartfelt social media postings. Through logo thumbnail sketches, the objective was to capture the essence of this bond, creating a visual identity that resonates equally with pet owners and their beloved animals.

Medical Uniform Design

During stage 2 of the branding process, we dive into extensive exploration and apply it to designing our logo. This includes type manipulation, exploring our color palette, typography, and creating a logo mark. We want to make sure that it meets our design objectives and goals for Snuzzle’s branding.

In Stage 3, we transitioned from conceptualizing ideas to implementing actionable designs by creating mockups of Snuzzle. These mockups were crucial in visualizing how our brand would manifest in real life, allowing us to see and refine our brand’s aesthetic and functionality.
